  CardioScp® - standalone version
  

The standalone version of CardioScp® softawre is intended to use by indyvidually working physicians. It enables programming tele-ecg devices, receiving and reviewing examinations, as well describing and maintaining patient files. Device doesn’t co-operate with software in client-server version.

Datailed application capabilities:

• Reception of the ECG records from tele-ecg devices connected directly to computer's serial port, Bluetooth or modem connection (mobile or PSTN).
• Storing the ECG record, blood saturation, pulse values obtained from SpO₂ module and data from blood pressure module in the database.
• The ability to create users that have different access levels to patient database. For example, the administration staff can edit patient data but have no access to the medical records.
• Maintaining patient files, including patient history and applied treatment.
• Programming the tele-ecg devices for the patient use: device personalization using unique ID number, patient's first and last name, record and bacward buffer length, leads used and others.
• Reviewing archived ECG records, zooming selected ECG fragments and exporting them as JPG images.
• Measuring of suitable ECG fragments e.g. P, Q waves, QRS complex, R-R interval. The PQ, QT, QTc intervals, HR, P and T wave axis and the QRS axis are determined automatically using the measurements. The measurements and their graphic representation on the ECG curve are stored in the record.
• Built-in muscular and 50 Hz notch filters.
• Examination description performed by physician stored in the ECG record.
• Printing the selected examinations, measurements and their sets prepared as medical reports on custom paper.
• All data are stored in Paradox tables.
